was lovely stay. Couldn't find it at first, maybe better sign would do the trick. But when we arrived it was just relaxing, like in the middle of the woods, birds singing. When we had storm, it was amazing to wake up to rain drops falling viciously onto the roof. Cottage was cosy, well equipped. Went for day trips round the area and we were looking forward to spend evening in front of the fire....

This was the perfect relaxing retreat to unwind and spend some time in nature! Our dog also had a lovely time and there was plenty of space for all of us. Although the garden is not fully secure, the marshy bits were sufficient to keep her where we wanted. It was super convenient being so close to the beach and near lots of lovely walks, would recommend doing a loop around the headland, then climbing back up the coastal path on the other side of the beach and coming back via Bryn-Henllan. The nearby town of Newport was also lovely with some nice shops, and another excellent walk up Mynydd Carningli gives you stunning views of the bay. We also enjoyed spending the evening outside with the firepit and listen to the sea crashing down in the distance. Would highly recommend!...
