The dining-area is close to the kitchen making it easy to serve up those holiday meals.
The wood-burner is perfect for cosy film nights snuggled up on the comfy sofa.

Bedroom 2 has three-foot bunk-beds.

The owners' cat Maisie is very friendly, and loves to say hello.
The enclosed shower is perfect for washing sandy toes and salty hair.
Open up the doors and step out onto the patio and enjoy the morning birdsong.
You might get to meet the owners' horse Sam in the neighbouring field.

The grassed bank above Woon Summer is not enclosed. Please do not allow children or dogs onto this area.
You may be lucky enough to see the owners' livestock from their working farm graze in a field nearby.
The pretty seaside town of St Ives. Enjoy some traditional seaside fun, hop on a boat and visit Seal Island, or indulge in a fish and chip supper on the harbour.
St Ives has six beaches waiting to be discovered.
Visit St Michael's Mount in Marazion and then stop off at Perranuthnoe and step back in time.
Notable art deco architecture from 1935 gives this open-air lido right on the shingle beach in Penzance an exotic feel.
Take a drive over to Pedn Vounder and visit the cove where many episodes of Poldark were filmed.

Wow, what can I say about our stay at Woon Summer! The property already looks stunning in the pictures, but honestly, when you arrive you will be amazed by the location! It is set in an area of 'outstanding' natural Cornish beauty!! Rolling hills and countryside for as far as the eye can see. And once you are there, all you can hear around you is birdsong and cows and sheep in the distance. The air smells and feels SO clean and fresh! - Compared to where we live!! And the house is extremely cosy and comfortable. Especially the beds and sofas!! My husband said he'd never had such a good night's sleep. And the log burner gives off some serious heat! It warms up the entire house. I would describe this property as one of the best we've ever stayed at. And Lesley was extremely helpful and welcoming. Although Woon Summer is tucked away in an idyllic, secluded little spot, you are still only a 15 minute drive from St Ives and all of the other beautiful surrounding beaches. So to wrap it up, I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be booking again in the future! Such a wonderful holiday! Xx...

Our second stay in just a matter of weeks. Beautifully maintained property , spotlessly clean with everything you could need for your winter time holiday including a wood burner . Well equipped kitchen , quality furnishings, warm and cosy with fabulous view and sunrises. Well located for visits to both coasts . Cottage is super peaceful and comfortable. Location is ideal as not far at all to St Ives and lots of lovely places to visit. Owners lovely and welcoming. Would 10/10 recommend.
