Nunney is a beautiful village with a fabulous pub and a delightful cafe and an extremely impressive castle in the middle of the village. The Green House is pretty and well positioned with a lovely outside area but naturally quite chilly inside and dark and probably best suited for summer stays even though the owners have gone to a lot of trouble over various heating systems. We didn’t find the stairs with no handrail a problem at all. Room for 4 adults but quite a noisy cottage inside and outside due to its age of course, ancient (listed?) single glazing and early rising neighbours! ...

This was such a great cottage, one of the very best we have ever been to. Even though things were not fully open this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of Nunney village or trips into Frome.
