A perfect spot for a weeks holiday to explore the area. Lovely greeting by Paul and Nancy including wine, scones and cream. The perfect start to our break. Nothing was to much trouble. Fabulous modern and clean property with a lovely garden to relax in. Ideal location for us to visit lots of places - Torquay, Plymouth, Bude, Dartmouth, Eden Project, Newquay, Padstow, Looe. I'd thoroughly recommend Viewtown Linhay to anyone who's looking to explore the area - you won't be disappointed....

The property surpassed expectations! It was so lovely I want to redecorate my home to be just like it. The photos don’t do it justice. It is light, airy and so clean. It was bigger that it looks but it also had a fabulous garden we could use, birds on the feeding station and the most lovely crockery. Everything you need was there. A real home from home. The owners were so generous and friendly. The location was excellent, under an hour to Looe and the same to Bodmin. The little woods to walk round was a lovely way to end the day. The eucalyptus plantation is lovely also. The air is so fresh and clean, we slept really well. A very quiet and peaceful location. We loved our day at Cotehele, lunch at Calstock and shopping at Tavistock. We drove home over Dartmoor, which was also breathtaking. I think we really did leave a little of our heart here....

Beautiful cottage in lovely quiet area. The cottage is very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The garden was a treat to sit in the evenings with local pheasants pacing around. The owners, Paul and Nancy were very welcoming and helpful. One of the loveliest cottages we have stayed in. Peace and quiet within a lovely area. Would love to stay again...
