You might catch the owner feeding her hens - they are very friendly.
There's a second lawned area where you can sit out and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
The charming village of Port Isaac, home of TV's Doc Martin, Fisherman's Friends and two Nathan Outlaw Restaurants.
There are some wonderful beaches along this stretch of coastline - Polzeath is the surfers' favourite.

Beautiful cottage in a peaceful location. We had a wonderful stay at Old Mill Barn. The owner was very welcoming and even left some lovely treats for us and our dogs to enjoy during our stay. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Donna was a fantastic host and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. The accommodation is comfortable, wonderfully furnished and spotlessly clean a real home from home. Perfectly located for exploring the stunning North Cornwall coastline and tranquil peaceful place to return to after a day of sightseeing.
