From the kitchen the door leads to a small utility-room and cloakroom.

The cottage has retained its charm with the exposed stone wall, sash windows and inglenook fireplace.
There is also a small sitting-room on the first floor with direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 1 is on the first floor.
Painted wooden floors, sash windows and a wonderful mix of furniture is on offer in this gorgeous cottage.
The bathroom is on the first floor next to Bedroom 1 - you are sure to enjoy a leisurely holiday soak in the free-standing bath.
The twin bedroom is on the second floor.
The stairs lead down from bedroom 2 - there is a door at the bottom of the stairs for privacy.
The pretty cottage garden sits at the back of the cottage, accessed up some stone steps
Enjoy the view from the garden
Grab a seat by the water's edge and enjoy a meal at one of the many cafes and pubs in the village.
Take the stroll down the hill into the heart of Boscastle.
Boscastle is quite charming.
The areas has some wonderful walks to discover.
Stock up on provisions at the village farm shop and whilst you are there, treat yourself to some of their home-cooked delights.
You may even decide to walk up to the farm shop and cafe - enjoy the view from their outside seating area.
The beaches along the north Cornish coast are quite stunning.

The property was comfortable and well-equipped and we felt happy to be there. We were already aware of the property’s location so weren’t surprised about the climb up from Boscastle’s harbour. Others who stay should be ready for a pleasant walk back from the village’s harbour but should know it’s a good workout as well....

Beautifully presented cottage that was a comfort when hiding from the rain as well as a perfect place to explore the coast from. Situated at the top of Boscastle, we worked our muscles walking up the hill, but it was worth it to come back to such a lovely place to stay. Having pub and shop so close was a bonus, as was the allocated parking space. ...

Our holiday was great! The cottage is so well equipped, tastefully decorated, comfortable and in a good location. Lovely welcoming pub over the road, shop a couple of minutes walk. A leisurely walk down into Boscastle harbour where you can join the coast path, visit more shops, choose another pub or cafe to eat in and then leave the hustle to walk back up the high street to the quiet of the cottage. There's also an outdoor very sunny and secluded garden with a barb-b-que. The designated parking is also a great addition if you venture out to buy some delicious goodies from the farm shop or decide to visit Doc Martin territory!...
