Beautiful luxury apartment with great views, ideal for a winter break. Bedrooms do face main road but noise did not disturb us at night. But that also meant there was a bus stop right outside, with regular service to and from St Ives, very useful for us. Unfortunately we relied on the access instructions on the Classic Cottages app, which failed to mention the access code to the whole apartment block, but it was on their website if you logged on to your account. And note, once you have the key to the apartment (from a lock box), you also then have the key to the front and lower rear door of the block, and can take your luggage up straight from the car park and into the lift and up 3 floors to the apartment. We wish we’d known that before carrying it up the hill to the front door! But we would happily use again for a winter break when St Ives is at its quietest and always beautiful....

When I book a holiday home the most important thing is the cleanliness and this one was pristine. Beautiful furnishings and a lovely view were also much appreciated. Carbis Bay is a very special place.

A well designed, spacious apartment, kitted out with quality furniture. Well located for local supermarket and dining out. A pleasant walk to the beach but there is a hill involved if you're not fit! Easy walk into St. Ives, which is preferable to driving there. Genuine sea-view with balcony and good parking. Only minor warning, if you're a light sleeper you'll be surprised at how much traffic passes to /from St. Ives during the night! A good commute with the A30 now working all the way from Exeter to only 2-3 miles from the apartment (all motoring caveats apply!)....
