The pretty seaside fishing town of Looe is close by- try your hand at fishing, enjoy some traditional seaside fun or indulge in a fish and chip supper on the harbour.
There are fabulous beaches and miles of coastal footpaths to discover.
The historic house, gardens and parkland at Lanhydrock make for a great day out. If you enjoy adventures on two wheels there is also a network of cycling trails.
