There are fabulous beaches and miles of coastal footpaths to discover.
The historic house, gardens and parkland at Lanhydrock make for a great day out. If you enjoy adventures on two wheels there is also a network of cycling trails.

This is our second visit to Barton Cottage and it was just as warm, clean and comfortable as last time. Everything we could possibly need was available and the cottage is set in beautiful countryside. If you like peace and quiet this cottage is for you, but it’s not far to the seaside and Bodmin and Dartmoor if you fancy a trip out.A warm and friendly welcome awaits from Laura & Tim, what more could you want....

We had a lovely week in this cottage set in pretty Cornish countryside not too far from the coast and other attractions. The owners were often around and offered a friendly welcome as well as giving local information. The cottage had been attractively refurbished, smartly decorated and furnished. The bed was comfortable and all the fittings in good order. There are other cottages at the same location, with others on the way, and all appear well looked after. Recommended! ...

Tucked well away in lovely countryside - at the end of a track, therefore extremely peaceful. Ideal dog walking area.
