Great for a friends or family holiday. Two large en-suite bedrooms and a third double and another with bunk beds. Extra Large shower room, with toilet and wash basin and fitted glass doors concealing the wash and airing machines. Extra large tables in indoor and outdoor (fantastic) dining areas, large and comfortable lounge, fully fitted kitchen with good work surfaces. Large veranda facing the estuary with plenty of seating. Gardens were huge and well kept. Peaceful and quiet, just what we needed. The owner greeted us and had baked the most amazing cake, which went down really well after a long journey. Completely private and safe with good parking. A holiday we will always remember for all the right reasons. ...

The house is absolutely stunning and the location is fantastic right on the river. The equipment in the kitchen is of a high standard. There is plenty of seating in the property and lots of places to eat. The garden is huge and very well equipped. There is plenty parking for numerous cars. The electric gates make you feel safe and the fences are very secure for children or pets. We had lots of fun as a family playing pool in the playroom. The property is excellent on one level if you have limited mobility and the shower room is fantastic. The property has all the equipment you need. The room with a sofa is amazing. The beds are lovely. 5 laps around the garden is a mile so excellent for running or playing games. The views of the river are amazing. We have been going to the same area for a number of years. It’s beautiful and quiet. Lots or narrow lanes. The photos on the website don’t do the property justice. The layout with a courtyard in the middle of the house is very fun and gives the house lots of light. We have booked again as it had everything we need for a great family multi generation holiday. ...
