Whether it's relaxing in the beautifully maintained garden with a good book, a spot of football in the huge expanse of lawn or dipping your toes in the water, the holiday enjoyment is endless. Even on those damp days the house offers a well-equipped games-room which is perfect for indoor entertainment.

You even have a choice of several al fresco dining spots, whether it be a barbecue on the lawn whilst the younger members of the group entertain themselves in the wooded edges of the garden, which is perfect for a spot of hide and seek, or perhaps serving up a feast within the confines of the internal courtyard dining area is more the ticket for a special occasion, this is made even more special as you can still enjoy the stunning views from this cleverly designed space. The garage, containing the games-room, is linked to the house however it is not heated. Due to your fabulous waterside location we urge you to ensure small children are supervised at all times when venturing out of the enclosed garden. If you are booking for more than a week, the housekeeper will be along on the Friday to change the linen and clean the property, along with the gardener who will tend the grounds. *Only 1 cot is provided, bring your own travel cot.
