Perranporth beach is great and very popular with surfers and families alike.
Padstow harbour is a short drive away.
The Driftwood Spars will become your local as it is located behind Goofyfoot, and is a proper local pub serving great local beers and ale!

We had the most wonderful week at Goofyfoot. The weather was spectacular, the view even better. We loved The Drifty and Schooners. The early morning walks along the coastal path and on the beach. The sunsets, the pasties from the bakery in the village. The fact that we have already booked for next year tells you all you need to know!...

This cottage is in an excellent location for the beach near the pub for eat in and take out food. The garden has a very relaxing view if you like looking at the beautiful sea. The cottage was very clean and everything you can think of was provided for we all had a wonderful stay thank you....

This is a really lovely cottage, beautifully clean and very well equipped. Fantastic location, 50 yards from the pub and 100 yards to the beach, parking for 2 medium sized cars, (leave the Range Rover at home and take the Gulf, ??) great coastal walks on your doors step and a nice 10 minute cardio workout to the bakery in the morning to get your fresh breads/pastries. I would most definitely stay here again....
