This is the second stay we've had here as the location is beautiful. Lovely views over the sea and you don't miss not having a garden when you can cross the road to a beautiful beach! No designated parking but we usually found a space not too far from the flat. Lovely and clean and no noise heard from neighbouring properties. Spacious bedrooms although communal living space isn't huge (lounge/kitchen/diner), was a bit of a squeeze when all 5 of us were in the kitchen area - had we brought a highchair we'd have been quite limited for space there. Was perfect for 4 of us 2 years ago and would still absolutely return when baby is bigger, location wonderful. Many thanks!

A work Sergio week, stunning views of the sea, fabulous beach. Bright and airy flat with plenty of space

Lack of parking and freezer annoying and let down the lovely locality . Hopefully , a one off , but we had no Wi-Fi . Surprisingly essential for an area and sites that one doesn’t know .

Fabulous apartment, with amazing views across the solent. We loved watching all the ships. The apartment was clean and had a washing machine/tumble dryer which was brilliant. Ideal location. Just a shame that there isn't any parking with it.

Lovely flat and in a fab location with gorgeous views. Needs a freezer compartment, summer duvets and a couple of fans. The neighbours upstairs were very noisy and this was very disruptive. When you have paid a lot of money to stay somewhere you shouldn't have to put up with that.

Loved the property and location and would happily stay there again.

Fabulous cottage very spacious and clean. Very well equipped and views amazing.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful location. Close to local amenities. A beautiful beach for children within a few minutes distance walking. We are very likely to come back. Only issue was no means of making ice cubes or freezing ice blocks for those hot sunny days on the beach.

great location and superb property

Gorgeous views from a beautiful apartment - so lovely to overlook the sea at different times of day, my children loved watching the boats. Wonderful coastline and enjoyed walking in Seaview. Beach itself is fab, lots of shells and pretty pebbles as well as sandy areas and the sea goes out very far at low tide. A great base for exploring the island as nowhere is that far to travel. The apartment is so bright, airy, fresh and clean with beautiful and comfortable high quality furniture. Having a washer-dryer made a big difference to us and a lot less laundry when we got home! Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

A lovely home from home with everything you would need to enjoy your self catering holiday. What we loved most was looking through the sash windows towards the sea, the beach was so close it felt as though we were riding on a boat. The apartment is in a very good location for exploring the island but more importantly for chilling on the beautiful beaches. Some lovely gastro-pubs close by and a well stocked community shop selling essentials sourced locally. One of our most memorable holidays.

A wonderful apartment with beautiful views of sea. So close to the beach and a lovely walk into Seaview for one of George’s delicious ice creams at the Seaview cafe!

A little gem of a place. Lovely views of the Solent which you could watch all day.

Lovely flat, spacious even with five adults, light and airy throughout, fresh and clean. Well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. The location and views are stunning, perfect for a swim at high tide before breakfast, and barbecues on the beach. Easy to park outside on the road.

Very spacious and comfortable, located directly at the sea. Excellent value for money.

The flat is beautifully decorated and furnished, and had all I needed for the comfort of my elderly parents. The view of the sea was the highlight and my parents could have sat at the kitchen table looking out at the boats all day. The flat is indeed deceptively spacious and feels like you're in a house. It is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and with my teenagers also in tow, the washer/dryer in the cupboard by the bathroom was essential for mum and carer.
