It is in an amazing location being so close to the beach while still being peaceful. The setting is so relaxing and private and the hut itself is just the sweetest thing with so many little touches that make it feel cozy. I stayed in Hannahs haven years ago so knew when I booked Blackberry Jack's that Graham and June could be relied upon to create a relaxing holiday where everything you could possibly need is provided while feeling very quaint and sweet.

What a wonderful, quaint and idyllic. The location allowed us to explore both north and south Cornwall as all corners of the county being within a hour drive. The wagon itself suited our needs perfectly and was well equipped for the one rainy day we had. The donkeys also were the perfect alarm clock!
I couldn’t recommend Blackberry Jack’s Wagon more, for couple both young and old. What a lovely place with lovely host. We will be back, for sure.
Mrs Vasques August 2020
The wagon and cabin were spotless, pretty and very well equipped. The plot was very neat and private. June was a fantastic host and really went the extra mile to make us welcome, ensure we were comfortable and to help us out when our car breakdown meant we had to hold on in the cabin for an extra 5 hours. Cannot thank her enough!
Miss Smith August 2020
Fantastic property, great location and fabulous hosts. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
Miss Manley August 2020
We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone wanting the back to nature feel of camping but with the comforts of a cottage.
Mr Oakley July 2020
Blackberry Jacks is in a beautiful, quiet and easy to access area, short drive to 2 beaches, amazing countryside close by, but the wagon and site are so amazing we usually came back earlier from a day out to sit outside and enjoy the piece and quiet with a nice glass of cider from the local Healys cider farm provided by the ownerson our arrival .
Coming back again next year...already booked.
Mrs Swinnerton September 2019
Graham, June and Hannah were very welcoming as were the donkeys and Ben the cat. We had a lovely stay, great weather - only one wet grey day to spoil the sunshine. We will definitely come back again to this relaxing corner of Cornwall.
Ms Speaight August 2019
Great little place , idilic setting , very clean and just a little quirky. Ideal for a romantic break or if you just want to escape the rat race with your young grand child like me . Friendly hosts and animals made for a great stay . I’d recommend and be happy to stay again
Mr Taal August 2019
Lovely quiet place, very friendly people
mr coombes August 2019
Perfect, secluded immaculately presented in all respects. Friendly and attentive hosts.. We have never been so sad to leave anywhere behind as we were to leave Blackberry Jack's. See you again soon
Ms Bicker July 2019
Blackberry Jack's Wagon is created with so much love and effort and we liked the surrounding so much. It is such a peaceful and lovely place and because of that a really good place to calm down, relax and enjoy your holiday.
Mrs Remington June 2019
What a gem! I cannot praise our hosts highly enough, they thought of everything to make our stay perfect; from delightful clean accommodation to little details such as fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival. BlackBerry Jack's is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle, with donkeys as your only neighbours. Perfect base to explore St Ives or further on to Sennen Cove etc. Great local beach too! Very much looking forward to our next visit!
Ms Abbott June 2019
Beautiful wagon with lovely furnishings, spotlessly clean, cosy and warm in a tranquil setting. The cabin next door provides everything you could want in a kitchen, little seating area and bathroom.
Miss Golding May 2019
Blackberry Jack's Wagon is the Perfect location for a couple to relax and unwind in beautiful Cornish countryside. You are surrounded by the pretty sound of birds singing in the hedgerow, you can wake and open the barn style door of the Wagon to have a view from your bed of friendly Donkey's grazing.
The Wagon is very cosy at night, during the day the doors / windows can be opened to make it bright and airy if you so wish. It is cute and compact, but has lots of hidden storage for your clothes / belongings. The bed is very comfy! There are some lovely wooden outdoor chairs just outside, for you to sit and enjoy food / drink from whilst taking in your surroundings.
Adjacent to the Wagon is the kitchen and bathroom facilities, there is a table for two inside should alfresco dining not be your thing, a large window still allows a view of the Donkey's and another barn style door means you can still let in the birdsong. Both parts of the accomodation are kept spotless, there is everything inside that you will need to have a lovely comfortable glamping experience. We made use of the bbq on several beautiful sunny evenings.
Having stayed at BlackBerry Jacks Wagon in May we have experienced everything Cornwall has to offer in Spring...stunning pretty spring flowers in the hedgerows, blossom on the trees and the very welcome beautiful quiet beaches extended daylight hours.
The hosts of this property are really welcoming, friendly, accommodating and have a great local knowledge of Cornwall, should you be looking for recommendations or advice. We have also stayed at their other property - Hannah's Haven. We love them both. For this particular holiday some of our family also booked out Hannah's Haven at the same time...it was great to be able to share our holiday experience and use the facilities / locations that each has to offer.
We love Cornwall - this accommodation is ideally located, it has two lovely beaches within just 2 miles and it does not take very long to drive to anywhere else in Cornwall that you fancy. We will most definitely be back and hopefully very soon!
