In true Classic Glamping style, there is a hot shower to relax in at the end of a busy day exploring.
Plenty of room around the pretty bed - a rare glamping luxury even by our standards.

A stunning outlook towards Chapel Porth, taken from one of the roads leading to the hut.
The beach at Porthtowan is under two miles away.

We had a fantastic time at Hannahs Haven. The facilities were exceptional. It was so peacefull and relaxing. There are so many walks and cycle routes in the area and many beaches, towns and placed to visit only a short drive away. Our hosts were great, they left us in complete peace but were available if we needed them.

This is a peaceful, cosy, well-insulated shepherd's hut that has found a perfect balance between comfort and the feeling of being close to the outdoors, in a fab location with multiple walks from the doorstep. The hut is very well equipped and the layout is really nicely thought out. The addition of a separate hut with additional space for washing and cooking works very well. The owners were on hand but discrete, the hut field feels very private, and the area is incredibly quiet at night. There were some spectacular sunsets watched from the steps of this super little place; I hope to be back again very soon.

If you are looking for a relaxing break away from the general hustle and bustle of life then Hannah's Haven is for you. The property is beautifully kept, you will receive a warm welcome, find there is everything you need and a little bit more... there is a delightful private Paddock, comfy wooden outdoor seating and a large extra cabin for storing your outdoor gear / extra luggage. It deserves a 10/10 - with extra stars!!

We had a great time staying here after our wedding. The hut is beautiful and cosy, with lots of outdoor space around it. We loved having dinners on the outside chairs. Great location for the beach! June was lovely and helpful. We enjoyed spending time with the animals nearby, like Dinky the pony, Ben the cat and the donkeys! Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon ??

This is a delightful hut with every comfort for an enjoyable stay in a lovely part of Cornwall near to fabulous beaches and stunning coast. We found it quite spacious with the added benefit of the shed to store our luggage and food. It was quite easy to prepare decent meals and enjoy the paddock to sit outside. We loved the decoration and details that made the hut so special and cosy without feeling cramped, with the added benefit of a full sized bed with space either side that other huts do not have. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we loved returning later in the day to be welcomed by Ben the cat who was good company. We must return.

Positively perfect in every way! We just fell in love with Hannah’s Haven, a beautiful and very tastefully decorated shepherd’s hut, set in its own very private gardened area, next to Dinky the Shetland pony and with visits from beautiful Ben…the ??! We were the ‘guests’ of a very welcoming family who were totally non intrusive but always there to offer advice and help as needed. It was a perfect setting and ideal for exploring Cornwall…which we did, everyday!
Thank you so much June, Graham and Hannah. We miss it already and a return to Hannah’s Haven is a must.

Hannah's Haven is a hidden gem! If you are looking for a relaxed holiday in the countryside but within easy reach of some of Cornwall's most beautiful Coastline, then this is the place for you! The accommodation is beautifully decorated and always spotless, the owners are friendly / welcoming and you can wake up to the most beautiful bird song every morning. There is a private Paddock just outside, perfect to enjoy both the morning and evening sunshine and also an extra hut to help store your beach gear / extra bags etc. We love it here and cannot recommend it highly enough!!

Hannah’s haven is exactly what it says, it is a private, self contained haven of perfection. The hosts, June, Graham and Hannah are the most welcoming, friendly and helpful owners we have ever met, they welcomed us to the property and gave comprehensive instructions on how everything worked so there were none of the issues we’ve had in other properties of ‘ where do I turn on the shower!’ etc. The shepherd’s hut and companion outbuilding were fully equipped with everything you need and several things I hadn’t even expected. Not only were both properties immaculately clean and in faultless condition but the hedges, grass and all surrounding areas so well maintained it would put the National Trust to shame! On top of all this the situation in Cornwall is perfect, Chapel Porth our new favourite beach was within a few miles, so was Hayle, Porthtowen, Portreath and so on, we were spoiled for choice. A totally perfect holiday in every single way...thank you everyone involved in making our 47th wedding anniversary one to be remembered .

We loved this place, it was spotless! Everything was provided that we could possibly have needed, the shower in the hut was lovely. There was plenty of space around us with a great deal of privacy. Our little-un loved feeding grass to the little Pony “Dinky” in an adjoining field that kept her busy most of the time we were at the accommodation. Amazing location with lovely views and had some amazing sunsets which we watched from the hut with a glass of wine. Very central to all Cornwalls main attractions and not too far from Lands End, very close to the incredible Towans Beach at Hayle and the lovely St Ives a stones throw from there. So much at a very reasonable price, will most definitely go back.

Hannah's Haven was fabulous, it has everything you need for a great holiday, very clean and tidy, and we had a lovely welcome of Cider and Cake on arrival. The location is perfect, close to so many beaches and places of interest. Would highly recommend 100% Robin and Jane DEVON

A charming beautiful quirky shepherds hut retreat. Meticulously clean.idyllic perfect spot. Everything you would need for a home from home, centrally situated for all villages and beaches in the area. Tranquil little haven. The hut is so lovingly decorated loved every bit of it, a place not to miss really for a lovely relaxing Cornish holiday.

Heavenly Hannah’s Haven - quiet and private.

I enjoyed my stay so much that the first thing i did when i got home was to reserve a weeks stay next year! Still ache from all the walking I did but looking forward to next years visit!

If Classic Cottages awarded property of the years award, this would win hands down. This property was exceptional and quirky on every level. From decor to comfort Hannah's Haven had it all. The proprietors were helpful beyond their duties, and everything that was required was available. So nice to relax after a days walking the South West Coast Path in the surroundings of this pure beauty of a gem. So glad to have found Classic Cottages.

A little gem in the Cornish countryside. We had a wonderful time, in wonderful accomodation, with wonderful hosts in a wonderful environment. Pure and utter delight.

The hosts introduced themselves and were very accommodating if required. I have highly recommended this place to my friends.

Fantastic, cosy and unique hut. Hannah's haven is beautifully presented, very clean and has everything you need from romantic to adventure trip away. Scenic views and walks surrounding the area and plenty of places to visit. June is a fantastic host. Thank you

Will be booking again during the summer.

Brilliant location for exploring Cornwall, very peaceful and relaxing and comfortable and clean accommodation.

Hannah's Haven is an excellent property for glamping and I would highly recommend. Exceeded expectations. Location is perfect, in a well looked after meadow with ponies as neighbours, just 10 minutes drive from Porthtowan. Accommodation was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would require. I travelled on my own and felt quite safe. Hosts excellent. Enjoy...!

Very recommendable accommodation in a lovely area with lots of wonderful walks and cycle tracks nearby.

I have been to Cornwall many times over my life Growing up and then with my children. I would say this is the best place I have stayed and I’ve stayed in many. The family that run it are truly wonderful. Nothing is to much trouble, everything and more is catered for and it’s so peaceful and private. Highly recommend Hannah’s Haven we will definitely return to this wonderful place.

Beautiful place to spend a holiday. Great location and very friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful shepherds hut with stunning views. This then gives some amazing sunsets to watch.

"proper" Cornwall, If you dont want commercialised resorts, there is no better.

A charming hideaway with wonderful hosts, in the perfect location for visiting almost anywhere in Cornwall. A short drive to many beautiful beaches ideal for surf and bodyboarding. We enjoyed coming home here from our adventures every day and are already looking forward to returning next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hannah's Haven. It's a bit of a cliche to talk about a hidden gem but that is just what we found here - the shepherd's hut is situated in a tranquil and private setting and a lot of care and thought has gone into making it a comfortable and delightful place to stay. June and Graham were excellent hosts, very welcoming and helpful during our stay.

We took our bikes and just a short distance from Hannah's Haven you can pick up the 'Coast to Coast' cycle trail. If you head to the north you come to the lovely coastal village of Portreath, or if you head south through Scorrier Woods and the Poldice Valley you come to Devoran Quay. The trail is almost entirely on cycle paths or quiet country lanes.

A really lovely holiday and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hannah's Haven.

Graham and June are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there and are returning again in a few weeks time.

Hannah's Haven exceeded our expectations. It was a delightful place to stay even in November with stormy weather. It was warm & cosy and very well equipped. Our host, June, was very friendly & welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here and would definitely return.

Great hosts and great accommodation! We were greeted with a warm welcome, the hut was spotless and all the little touches made it very homely which all made for a perfect stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a warm welcome on arrival, and I loved the posies of flowers in the hut. It was very comfortable and well designed, with all the equipment we needed. Tranquil and private setting, with wonderful sunsets !

We had a very warm and friendly welcome by June and Graham, who are very attentive and caring hosts. It was the first time for us in a shepherd's hut, and June and Graham turned this one in a cozy little house, a nice place to stay, very clean and tidy and well-equipped, where you feel right at home. We were lucky to have good weather during our stay so we enjoyed it having breakfast and dinner outside, including barbecue. Our son was allowed to pitch his tent in the garden. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and we had a good rest. I would highly recommend Hannah's haven if you are looking for a quiet and at the same time exceptionel accomodation. Thank you, June and Graham!

We had a great stay at Hannah’s haven! June and graham where lovely hosts. The cottage was very well equipped, we couldn’t of asked for anything better! Highly recommended!!

Our stay at Hannah's haven was perfect. The peaceful location and the fact that everything was catered for was beyond our expectations. We would definitely reccomend a stay here to anyone. We will be back in the not too distant future. Liz & Paul Harpin

Lovely little haven in Cornwall! I would so recommend for a peaceful break away, ideally located for exploring the area and Graham, June and Hannah are wonderful hosts! Thank you!

Having not stayed in a shepherd's hut previously, we were overjoyed with the facilities and location. Everything was provided for and everything was clean. The owners were extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, but also allowed us to enjoy our holiday in the amazing, peaceful surroundings. Cracking holiday!

We had such a wonderful stay at Hannah’s Haven. It is situated on a rural road, so very quiet and peaceful. It was our first time visiting and having never stayed in a shepherd hut before I was a little apprehensive, but that completely disappeared when we arrived. It is as lovely and cosy as it looks in the photos and surprisingly spacious, including the little bathroom. We were lucky to have good weather every day of our stay, but it was quite windy so a little cold out. We were warm enough inside however, and the one morning we did feel chilly and put the heater on it didn’t take long to warm up. We made use of the garden space and barbecue on a couple of evenings too, it was so nice to relax and listen to the birds - and the occasional horse! One of the highlights was definitely Dinky the Shetland pony paying a visit! :)

June and Graham are perfect hosts, very welcoming and considerate. There were so many homely little touches without making it feel cluttered. We were welcomed with delicious scrumpy and cakes, and a pretty posy of wildflowers. June also kindly made sure there were ice cubes in the freezer! We went to an evening performance at The Minack and knowing how cold it would be, they loaned a blanket to us. Much appreciated as it was freezing!

Hannah’s Haven is without a doubt somewhere I would recommend staying if you want somewhere peaceful, a bit different and that is also great value for money. We’ve said it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! We were sad to leave and will absolutely be returning next year :) Thank you June and Graham for helping us to make some very special memories x
