Booked very last minute and was the only cottage we could find in Cornwall in August, so our expectations were somewhat muted. The cottage was lovely and our two small boys (6 & 3) loved it! The double bed was smaller than we’re used to (and too short for my 6ft), so unfortunately we didn’t sleep as well as we’d have liked. However, the cottage was charming and a nice home away from home. The local pub was a short drive away (not walking distance with small children) and the food and garden were great. We spent 3 days at Polzeath, about 20 mins away, and having use of body and skim boards from White Cottage was excellent. The owners were available via text for any questions/issues we had, and happy to help....

White Cottage was a very comfortable, cosy cottage, a real home from home. Everything was thought of & it was very well equipped. It was in a beautiful, peaceful village - just what we needed. We would highly recommend this accommodation & would definitely stay again if returning to this part of the country....
