Fantastic apartment with fabulous views and great to sit out on balcony overlooking sea. Modern and well equipped clean apartment with everything you would need for a great stay. The location at Praa sands is a great central location for visiting the various sites and attractions. We enjoyed walking the coastal path in both directions which is only 50m from apartment. Excellent property, in the perfect spot, we will be back, even though the weather was mixed, loved our daily walk on the beach & the Welloe & Stonesreef both lovely for a drink & bite to eat. Porthleven not far which is definitely worth a visit.

The pictures dont do this justice. The view is stunning. Its in a prime location, its easy to get to (not lots of winding roads or difficult hills etc). The parking is right outside and a nice wide bay. Its all on one level so easy to bring luggage in etc. Supermarkets 15 minutes away, lots of things on your doorstep like Penzance, St Ives, St Michael's Mount etc. But honestly the view is so incredible you wont want to leave the place.. sit on the balcony watching the waves and the world with a drink or a cuppa and a blanket. Was it perfect? No. But was it lovely enough we would go back? Absolutely! ...
