A beautiful and modern property well located on the edge of a quiet village. The owners/managers are nearby and on hand if needed, but in no way intrusive. A third or bigger sofas would benefit any larger groups staying at the property although this wasn't a problem for us as couple. We would be more than happy to return and to recommend to friends/family.

Very spacious and well equipped house in a lovely part of Devon. The garden is enclosed but not completely dog secure. There is a lot of early morning noise from a cockerel and some guinea fowl.

The garden is enclosed on all sides, but we think it's best not to claim any garden as completely dog proof as there are some mischievous characters out there that can get in or out of anything! The owners do keep some poultry and a little pony in a neighbouring paddock as shown in our photos - unfortunately cockerels can be early risers but this is part of the charm of rural life. Beautiful spacious home with a large garden, very comfortable and in a sweet little village. The village shop is friendly and welcoming. The owner Jocelyn was really nice.

Lovely house, the owner was very friendly and very approachable. Loved the salad, herb & veg garden. We all loved the animals. Very relaxing holiday. Hopefully be back next year.
