This is a lovely cottage....love the history of the cottage and the way old and new has been intertwined. It was very comfortable and cosy with all modern conveniences included. The ensuite bathroom is a real luxury. A lovely outside space, completely enclosed and private. The neighbours have right of way through the garden but they were very discreet and this did not cause any issues at all to our privacy (if that detail is a concern to anyone). Perfect location with the village...easy walking down to the seafront and 40 to 45 mins into Bembridge. We left the car on a few occasions and found some lovely walks from the doorstep.

First class location and well equipped accommodation. Excellent bolt hole for a couple or family.

A very enjoyable week.

As soon as we entered the cottage we were all impressed by its welcoming feel, its cleanliness and its lovely furnishings, as well as the beautiful views. We wish we could have stayed longer. The local pub was also very welcoming.

Great location for a family holiday with so much to do and explore within a short distance. Our kids loved the cottage and didn't want to leave.

The cottage was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and well presented. In a good position for exploring all the Isle of Wight has to offer. The beach in St Helens was lovely, we enjoyed several lunches from the Baywatch cafe which serves good quality food and drinks (including alcohol) during the day. We were aware that the neighbours have access rights through the garden, they do walk right past the french windows with their dogs at least twice a day, which might not be to some people’s liking.

Had a great stay in st Helens. The cottage was attractive and well equipped. The furnishings were very comfortable. The heating worked well ,needed for cooler nights .

Would strongly recommend Yarborough Cottage, very comfortable and great place to base yourself for a holiday

Extremely happy with this cottage. Had everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Location was spot on and loved the village. Highly recommend this property. Lovely land lords and customer service.

Beautiful clean cottage with stunning views and fabulous garden with a BBQ. Definitely recommend. Great value for money particularly during the pandemic.

Great cottage for a small family. Lovely location if you're happy to be away from the busy areas but walking distance to all the essentials for a fab holiday.

A gorgeous cottage in an excellent location. Beach a 10 minute stroll away with water sports and baywatch cafe offering delicious food. The stunning en-suite bathroom was a lovely surprise and added a touch of luxury to the experience. Fantastic well loved garden was also an added bonus. Can’t wait to return! ??

We always have a fantastic time here.

This cosy cottage is in an ideal location, few minutes walk from children’s play area, lovely green & a nice local pub serving good food. Within easy driving distance to all areas of the island, good 20 minute walk to the local beach. The Isle of Wight is a great place to holiday.

An excellent cottage in a lovely village location with great places to eat out. The cottage was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. It was very clean, well presented and was a joy to stay in. It was well equipped and had a lovely garden area at the back. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This is a good base from which to explore. Many excellent walks and facilities nearby for families and grown ups too.
