We had a super stay at Bay House. The house was brilliant for 6 adults and 5 children. The outside shower was a hit with some of the party! The location was brilliant and the sea views were breathtaking. We did discover a fly issue in one of the bedrooms upon arrival but after a call to housekeeping this was dealt with very promptly. We certainly have no complaints and we would love to return one day. The only pointer for future guests is perhaps a map of where the additional car parking for the house is. We arrived in the dark so found it tricky to find. We would thoroughly recommend Bay House. Thank you.

Garden not suitable for small children & car parking not suitable for more than two vehicles.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review following your stay at Bay House. The garden is terraced and sloping as shown in the photographs, so we do suggest that care is taken with younger children. We only advertise private parking for one car at the house, and a second private space is available 150 yards away. Additonal vehicles will need to be parked either on the road or in one of the two public car parks in Seaview (situated at The Duver or Pier Road). Tanya, Customer Support

In the best sense an old-fashioned holiday base, completely brilliant for a mix of generations. Much space and comfort at home but simple pleasures outdoors. Nature watching, unspoilt beaches and walking; awesome coffee shop and community shop a short trot away. Worth renewing your English Heritage membership for the sights; I can’t even list the flora and fauna but it’s fair to include the up close and personal encounters with red squirrels, wild orchids and birds of prey over Bay House itself. We had a special birthday and the lobster from the fish shop at Bembridge/St Helen’s was superb. The Garlic Farm food and setting were marvellous; the sea bathing just two minute’s walk from the house was wonderful. We don’t often return but we’ll make this exception. Such a happy family time.

We had a wonderful family holiday. Bay House is a fabulous house for 12 of us to be together and have enough comfortable room for all of us. Christmas time was special for all of us. The location is fabulous. We enjoyed some great walks, some we did directly from the house. We would definitely recommend this house to our friends, and would consider renting it again in the future. Thank you.
