Sat in an acre meadow there is plenty of space for children to play.

The meadow really is very spacious.
This is the view from the parking-area to the yurt. The handy shed contains logs for the wood-burner.
The shed also houses a washing machine, tumble-drier and space to store wetsuits etc.
If you like messing about on the water take a trip to Tamar Lakes and try your hand at windsurfing, kayaking or simply have some fun in the pedalos. This is a great place for a walk too.
Bude is only a 20 minute drive away, it's a great place to ride the waves, indulge in an ice cream, do some holiday shopping or take a stroll along the canal.
Discover Bude's canal either on foot, bike, canoe, kayak or pedalo!
Pop on your walking boots and discover endless miles of coastal footpath.
The charming harbourside village of Boscastle is worth a visit.
Nearby Clovelly is a lovely place to explore.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Liz, the owner, who was very informative and welcoming. The yurt was delightful. It was immaculately clean with several personal touches in place. It is in a beautiful setting, ideal if you have children, as there is plenty of space to play and generally have fun! I was very impressed with the all round decoration and facilities around the site. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency at home and had to leave earlier than expected. Liz was completely understanding and wished us well. Having left in a rush, we left one item behind, which without prompting, she posted to us. Excellent hosts and no hesitation in recommending Rosewood Yurt which is within easy reach of all attractions and facilities....

Beautiful yurt, very clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom is brilliant and kitchen fully equipped. The host was also really nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We celebrated our honeymoon here and spent most of our time at widemouth beach body boarding which is roughly 15 minutes away. We will absolutely return in the future, fantastic place to stay. ...

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children enjoyed three nights post-lockdown in this gorgeous yurt in a beautiful and quiet part of North Devon. There are numerous coastal walks within driving distance and we enjoyed returning each evening to our field and the comfort of the yurt. The beds are comfortable, the yurt is well equipped, there are unlimited supplies of wood for the wood burner and the hosts, Jim & Liz, were friendly and welcoming. We are already deciding when to return! ...
