It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Walkham Cottage! The property has been renovated to the highest quality, and the cottage was immaculate for our arrival. Despite there being three other properties in close proximity, the cottage felt very private, and had a marvelous aspect across the valley. Their is every possible amenity at the property, as well as lovely homely touches, and our hosts could not have been more accommodating! I would highly recommend!...

The cottage had everything you would want and more for your comfort. On arrival we had fresh bread, wine, cheese and fruit. It was absolutely spotlessly clean and would definately recommend to everyone. The best holiday home that we have stayed in as the owners had obviously thought of everything....

We had a great stay in Walkham - despite the weather! It was exactly what we were looking for for a break away from the city: incredibly peaceful, lovely views, and good walking and cycling routes near by. The property is equipped to a very high standard and was a real comfort. The welcome treats added an extra special touch to our arrival. Luke introduced us to the first lamb of the year! Masha gave us some great tips on walking and cycling and the manual was really helpful in finding local pubs, shops, and activities. ...
