We loved Spinnnaker’s! Such a fabulous house, perfect layout with the balcony upstairs. Brilliant for breakfast, chilling and watching amazing sunsets. There is plenty of room for families. Lots of sofas and armchairs to relax on. The house has everything you could ask for. A well equipped kitchen with lots of kitchen items to use. Perfect for dog owners, our dog loved it and it has a large garden to run around. The house backs onto a quiet cul de sac too, so very private. ...

Found this to be a great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and look at the great views from the balcony and such a lovely place to visit st mawes Harbour just remember that you would near to plan your visits to other places in Cornwall as everything is always a 40mins to an hour or more drive...
