More hanging space for clothes would have been great, but this is a very minor niggle. Our first visit to Cornwall - we will be back :)...

The property felt spacious and comfortable and the layout (bedrooms at either end with individual en-suite facilities) meant that we weren't feeling on top of each other - a good thing with 2 teenage children. We have had numerous holidays in Roseland (and Gerrans in particular) over previous years, so can obviously thoroughly recommend the area. Worth being prepared for the limited phone signal and relatively sparse wifi available locally, but I don't personally see this as a problem at all - nice to have some peace and quiet. ...
