Really lovely accommodation in a very peaceful spot with great access to walks and the coast path. Would definitely be happy to book again

Second visit to this property. Perfect location with lots of walks from the door. After a long drive it’s so nice to park the car and not have to use it every day. Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a perfect setting. Especially enjoyed watching all the birds feeding from the bird feeder ...

It was lovely to meet the owners who were very helpful about the location. Hayloft was spotlessly clean and all we needed was provided. The different types of wildlife we saw from the property was amazing . Many different types of birds including barn owl, deer in the field along with rabbits and hares. We were able to walked to some lovely beaches which was lovely not having to drive. A special place....

This is our 3rd visit and has never disappointed.

Mrs Cunnington June 2025

We had a wonderful week at the Hayloft and were blessed with perfect weather too! We fell in love with the location instantly - so peaceful with no noise except for birdsong. As many previous guests have commented, the birdfeeder was a bonus - a family of great tits, woodpeckers and blue tits visited daily. We enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden and made use of the picnic table and the sun loungers. We also took advantage of the balcony and enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening, relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet. This area of Cornwall has everything - fantastic beaches (Towan with the lovely cafe "Thirstea" was a twenty minute stroll away)The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trelissick Gardens - reached via The King Harry Ferry, Mevagissey and St Mawes - bustling little seaside villages. We also visited Gorran Haven and swam in the sea - a real highlight! Fish and Chips from the van parked above Porthcurnick beach (Tues and Fri) is a must and a meal at The Plume and Feathers is also highly recommended. All in all we had a wonderful time and the Hayloft was the ideal place to stay. Tony, the owner, called round shortly after our arrival and was very helpful and welcoming. We felt so at home - it was hard to leave at the end of the week!...
