St Mawes is a short drive away and has lots of choice when it comes to dining out.
St Mawes has a vibrant harbour and a seasonal passenger ferry to take you to Falmouth for the day.

Stunning cottage with great views out to sea and amazing sunrise! It is well equipped and very cosy - the heating worked well for those winter/early spring evening and mornings. The proximity to the village with its excellent pub - The Plume of Feathers, the well stocked shop and the coffee bar Tatums were all much appreciated. The local beach is also very close and tide permitting is a great place for ball throwing time for the dog - out of season. (Poo bags are well catered for in the village so there’s no excuse for not clearing up) There are some amazing walks from the door step - with the Hidden Hut not far away on Porthcurnick beach. I am sure we shall be back soon!...
