Rob and Sarah are excellent hosts - they are both so friendly and welcoming. The cottage is very well appointed with high quality fittings. The cottage is absolutely spotless, and meets our own very exacting standards. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden overlooking the beautiful countryside. We have stayed in many such places over the last 10 years and Pitt Farm Cottage is within the top four. There are beautiful walks close by and nice towns / villages to visit. Thank you Rob and Sarah for a lovely week. ...

The cottage and surroundings are idyllic. A really peaceful place to relax with the geese and chickens for neighbours! The hosts are very friendly and helpful and they keep the cottage in immaculate condition. We had everything we could need for a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed our chats with Rob. Would love to return one day and would recommend to anyone who loves the peace and quiet. Liana and Martin...

Pitt cottage was extremely clean and very well equipped. The location was just perfect. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. We loved it and would definitely want to return.

as a lone female on holiday - I couldn't have found myself in a more perfect environment. The Cottage is so lovely everything I needed of the home comforts plus beautifully done.. very romantic for couples. the bed is scrummy . The greeting was wonderful friendly and so informative. Rob and Sarah could not have been more welcoming and approachable. a few little gifts of fresh eggs, milk and biscuits - I needed time for myself to get away from the stress of daily life - I knew they were there if needed, but left me to have my space. I found the Hamlet and surrounding valley and woodland walks to be so beautiful and peaceful that I arrived on the Friday, and didn't feel the need to use my car till the Monday - when I thought I ought to see a bit of Exmoor since coming so far. this is not for the people who want night life ( unless the night sky's - no light pollution - it's fantastic) pubs and shops are a car drive away - so initially take provisions - in a nutshell - I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK x Jennie M ...

Pitt Farm Cottage is a charming, comfortable and peaceful retreat with a welcoming and helpful host, Rob. All mod cons are to a high standard but the cottage character is retained; the perfect mix! The upstairs is wonderfully light with a reading chair and desk, and a very comfortable bed, and outside there is a good seating area which catches the afternoon sun and overlooks the garden, chickens and fields. Lovely! The location is good with a lot of desirable destinations within a relatively short drive and good walks are to be had very easily. Just loved it and we were rather reluctant to leave! ...
