Onsite owners who are helpful but not intrusive, friendly and an absolute wealth of local knowledge . The property is in a beautiful quiet location with idyllic views,however it isn't within easy walking distance of Penzance, not that it spoiled our holiday but something to be aware of. ...

Our 5th visit so June and Tom must be doing something right! A super property with a fantastic garden. We had a week of super weather so we're able to make use of the decking and garden. As usual the owners are on hand but unobtrusive, but is nice to know they are there should you need them. We visited old haunts as well as new ones and would recommend the cafes at Tremenhere, Trewidden Gardens and superb fish and chips at The Tinners Arms at Zennor, seafood at Mackerel Sky, Newlyn , Peppercorn cafe at Perranuthnoe and lovely cream tea at Lamorna pottery (check opening times at all these as even in June som cwere closed on certain days) Also recommend the walk up to Sancreed Beacon, Chysauster, walk from Botallack to Levant, walk between 2 car parks at Godrevy, Minack Theatre (need to book a timed ticket for a visit) trewaigton Gardens along the road well worth a visit and they are offering full menu at the cafe now and they have a lovely second hand bookshop in the gardeners cottage....

Had a wonderful stay. Perfect for couples who want a peaceful break. The property was stunning with amazing views of St Michaels Mount. The nearby village of Marazion was wonderful, can recommend the Cutty sark restaurant for an evening meal and Fire Engine pub for a great Sunday roast with a sea view. This was a superb cottage, very modern and well equipped. We managed to hit the coldest week of the year but were very snug and well looked after. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from making the most of the outside garden area ( rain, hail, sleet and snow with a significant wind chill), but we look forward to enjoying outside in the future....
