Luxury apartment with a fantastic view over st Ives bay. Allocated parking and easy access. Furnishings and kitchen equipment top class and made the holiday that much easier. Easy 5 minute stroll downhill to porthminster beach and 10 minutes walk into St Ives itself. Quite a steep hill on the way back though. Would highly recommend this apartment, we went with our 2 year old son and it was safe for him to wander around especially on the balcony. ...

Debbie welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed and was always available if we needed her. The apartment was spotless and the milk, wine and flowers upon arrival a very nice touch. The apartment's location is ideal because of the parking in St Ives. We parked the car and didn't use it as we were able to walk into St Ives along the coast line every day ( the hill does get better the more you do it). Beautiful views and to be able to wake up each morning to the sound of the sea was wonderfully relaxing. The gardens at the apartment are well maintained and a joy to see. The decor and furnishings are superior and it was a delight to stay. This was our second visit this year and we will be returning again next year....
