One of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in. We were met by Debbie the apartments manager on arrival and she showed us to the apartment and briefed us on all the necessary information - so very helpful. For a couple the space is very adequate and the quality of fixtures and fittings with ease of use made for a very comfortable stay. The location for us was excellent. The views from lounge and bedrooms are outstanding looking first over the well tended gardens and then over the sea with St Ives harbour to the left and to the right as far as Hayle beach. It is about a 15-20 minute downhill walk into St Ives town depending how far you want to go in. The downside is that it is an uphill walk back so if fitness is an issue then use of the car or taxis recommended. Very adequate car parking space available on site and the location means it easy to get away and visit other places. Overall very highly recommended. ...

Everything about Island Time was excellent but especially liked the view over St Ives bay toward the sunrise.
Debbie the Housekeeper was very good and efficient at her job. She was approachable and friendly also.

An excellently appointed and presented apartment within 10mins walking distance of St Ives centre. Property has its own parking space which is very useful and the underfloor central heating keeps it really toasty. The bed was also the most comfortable we've ever slept in! We loved the views from the apartment over the sea with St Ives visible in the distance. Very handy for the railway station and the famous Porthminster Beach Café. Ate out in St Ives at Cellar Bistro (pricey but excellent), the Porthminster Café (great location but tad expensive), the Queens Hotel (good value pub fare) and the The Sea Room (great selection of Gin's/Beers to supplement the varied selection of tapas). Overall an excellent apartment in a fantastic location....
