Wonderful cottage, catering for every possible need. Beautiful location with stunning views across to Kynance! This is our second stay at this beautiful cottage. Just one look out of the window at the beautiful view and you are completely hooked. This is now my bit of heaven and will be booking again.

Frog Rock (you’ll soon see why it’s called that when you look out of the window) is a cosy comfortable cottage that is well equipped. You won’t need extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and all the other things that many other cottages skimp on. There’s even a good supply of coffee capsules for the Nespresso, though you might want to bring your favourite blend. When staying here, there can be few people further south than you on the British mainland. Views across the bay to Kynance Cove and Lands End beyond are stunning, especially when the weather is fair, but it’s even lovely to watch the weather coming in. It’s but a short walk to the coastal path and there are loops to be had in both directions (NW and NE, as it were) which have some (in my opinion) of the best coastal scenery in Cornwall. The boiler broke down on the Friday night as we were leaving on the Sunday morning, as the owners managed to get a boiler fitter out but he couldn’t get the spare part until Monday the owners were straight round with an explanation, an electric fire and throws to keep us warm. “Excellent “. The hamper left for us on arrival was the best ever, as a vegan it had lots goodies that I could eat, that is something I have never experienced in all my years (79 of them) of holidaying in this country and abroad, so yes 10/10...
