Positives-Our 2nd year here and still enjoyed the location, lots of local dog walks, good facilities on site, great house for entertaining and very comfortable. Negatives-Change of owner and the genuine concern for the client appears to have gone with everything now contracted out. Had to buy our own glasses as insufficient for 6 people, hot tub not turned on after cleaning so not able to use for an extra day, pool cover not working and told to sort it ourselves. The details aren't being looked after. Hopefully will improve....
