Stunning house and grounds, but sadly a bit grubby. Some appliances need to be renewed they are broken. Also pool freezing. The garden around the pond is beautiful and well maintained. Other than a few annoyances we had a great week. The house is in a great position to Cornwalls attractions....

We stayed at coast in August , everything you read in the description is accurate, the property is spacious and clean. The hot tub was wonderful after a day travelling around and the young adults enjoyed the pool . Just be prepared to have to be in your car if you want to be by the sea or holiday feeling places! ...

This was a truly fantastic property Greeted with all the essentials, including milk, tea and coffee. A fridge with a welcoming bottle of wine and two bottles of local cider. Great facilities in the accommodation, set in spacious grounds, with your own hot tub and a shared heated swimming pool (although we had to ourselves). Really look forward to coming back. Hi this cottage is lovely for a family and we took our dog as well . Having a hot tub swimming pool and tennis court on site meant there was plenty to do . It’s very peaceful and the house has a luxurious feel to it . Sitting in the hot tub looking up at the trees is very relaxing .We have stayed in the house next door as well amd would recommend them both for a family with older kids especially. There is so much to do locally including Falmouth and the beaches . We went to the lizard and also the seal sanctuary. It’s a very easy place to stay with extended family as there is a second lounge up stairs so there is enough space for everyone . Thank you the Allison’s from ilkley ...

Coast is a lovely place in a tranquil setting. The pool and tennis courts made it a great option for our teenage daughters and the jacuzzi was a win for me. I wish we had brought bicycles for the cycle path just down the road. Be sure to request the BBQ if you need one....
