From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Mrs Robins who explained everything to us providing us with tea / coffee /milk and clotted cream biscuits. The cottage has all the equipment you could require and is 200yards from all amenities including a great pub serving good beer and great food
Mrs Addison August 2019
The kitchen was very well equipped, the shower room very attractive and we loved the new sun room - a delightful place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and look at the pretty courtyard garden. Good food shops very nearby, wonderful fish & chips at Cousin Jack’s, fantastic bread from Baker Tom’s on edge of Redruth and short drive to the wonderful beach at Godrevy. The Cornish Food Box delivery was excellent, with delicious local food.

Little Rose Cottage is a great place to stay. Fabulous beaches and stunning coastline are all nearby. The cottage is very comfortable and has all you need. Close to local amenities a great spot. The sunroom is a lovely place to relax after a day out at the beach. We had a wonderful week.
Mrs Hering June 2018
Little sweet cottage to feel at home in an instant. Perfect for relaxed stay in Cornwall.
Mr Denham August 2016
Just to bear in mind if you are tall.....6ft+ the beams and ceilings will need dodging!!!! ??
Mr Stone July 2016
For a family of 4 this was a great place to stay. With days surfing on Gwithian beach coming back to the cottage to enjoy a BBQ in the court yard was a great end to the day. we didn't want to leave and we hope to be back next year and maybe years to come.
Miss Wilson July 2016
Very nice cottage and a friendly and helpful owner. This cottage is very small and anyone around the height of 6ft would find themselves bent double a lot of the time. The parking is a bit tight and we were in a small car. Overall it's a very good location and a comfortable cottage with a very well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again.
Mrs Marshall June 2016
This is a lovely traditional cottage, equipped to a high standard, very well positioned for touring both Cornish coasts. The Robartes Arms Pub down the road is very welcoming and offers good value for money food and drink., with a well stocked Co-op next door to it. Looking forward to visiting again.
Ms Strathdee June 2016
Lovely cottage. Clean and tidy and very conveniently situated. However it really wouldn't suit people above average height due to the low ceilings throughout the property and as you have to access the shower room through the 2nd bedroom it is only really suited to a family.
Mrs Jobson August 2015
A lovely, lovely cottage in a perfect location. We chose this property for our family to be central to St Ives and Newquay on our second visit to Cornwall. We were not disappointed. The cosy cottage is ideal spot for visiting this beautiful coastline and its beaches. There is so much to do whatever the weather. We would recommend the local fish and chip shop, Chinese take-away and Robartes Arms.
Mrs Rodestock July 2015
A very cosy cottage, very nice decoration and a well-equipped kitchen!
Mrs Jones October 2014
A very good use of the cottage space to make it feel like home from home a real credit to the owners and housekeeper
Mr Fairey September 2014
The situation of the cottage was just perfect for access to all parts of Cornwall. It was excellent throught, extremely comfortable with every amenity required. Fabulous cottage in every way we would go back again.
Mrs Kinder August 2014
The lean to was excellent for drying beach stuff and storing bikes. Fresh flowers and provisions were a lovely touch. Men have sore heads from the low door frames!! But we loved it. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
