For a family of 4 this was a great place to stay. With days surfing on Gwithian beach coming back to the cottage to enjoy a BBQ in the court yard was a great end to the day. we didn't want to leave and we hope to be back next year and maybe years to come.

Very nice cottage and a friendly and helpful owner. This cottage is very small and anyone around the height of 6ft would find themselves bent double a lot of the time. The parking is a bit tight and we were in a small car. Overall it's a very good location and a comfortable cottage with a very well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again.

This is a lovely traditional cottage, equipped to a high standard, very well positioned for touring both Cornish coasts. The Robartes Arms Pub down the road is very welcoming and offers good value for money food and drink., with a well stocked Co-op next door to it. Looking forward to visiting again.

Lovely cottage. Clean and tidy and very conveniently situated. However it really wouldn't suit people above average height due to the low ceilings throughout the property and as you have to access the shower room through the 2nd bedroom it is only really suited to a family.

A lovely, lovely cottage in a perfect location. We chose this property for our family to be central to St Ives and Newquay on our second visit to Cornwall. We were not disappointed. The cosy cottage is ideal spot for visiting this beautiful coastline and its beaches. There is so much to do whatever the weather. We would recommend the local fish and chip shop, Chinese take-away and Robartes Arms.

A very good use of the cottage space to make it feel like home from home a real credit to the owners and housekeeper

September 2014

The situation of the cottage was just perfect for access to all parts of Cornwall. It was excellent throught, extremely comfortable with every amenity required. Fabulous cottage in every way we would go back again.

The lean to was excellent for drying beach stuff and storing bikes. Fresh flowers and provisions were a lovely touch. Men have sore heads from the low door frames!! But we loved it. Thanks for a lovely holiday.
