Really beautiful & relaxing would go again good family break

The stay at the tent was great. As we arrived we ended up in pouring rain, so that wasn't perfect but obviously could not have been helped. The wheelbarrows to use for your luggage was definitely great fun but not ideal in the rain... The place was beautiful, the tent spotless. There was everything you needed within. Mike and Erika, the owners were very helpful from the get go and gave us great tips on how to start the fire in the range cooker and what is worth visiting around. The welcome with scones and jam and clotted cream was very lovely too, thank you. The road to the tents is very steep and twisty so that was a bit scary at first but after couple of days we got used to that. Unfortunately we found the bed slightly uncomfortable but the duvet was amazing, kept us lovely and warm. The sofas are very low as well but apart from that everything was just perfect. The bathroom was lovely as well, great shower pressure. The weather was not great for us, so we never really got to use the fire pit, which is a shame. It is definitely an experience and one we would repeat just not for a full week, I think. Thank you.

Lovely accommodation, lovely hosts in a beautiful part of the country

Mike and Erika are excellent hosts. Mike had lit the range prior to our arrival and was very helpful throughout our stay. The weather was very wet and windy and Mike checked in with us to make sure we were ok. I would definitely recommend both Western Meadows Glamping, and Mike and Erika. We had some good walks from the camp, sadly the weather was not good enough to enjoy the outside space, but it was a lovely setting.

Our first time for glamping, the tent was beautifully clean and very well equipped. Our hosts Erika and Mike were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, they are 5 Star *.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Everything you could possibly need to make it an enjoyable stay.

Excellent location and property. A little chilly at night time as wood burner would not stay in for long but at the end of the day it's camping !! Loved it and so did the children and the dog. Very welcoming owners 10/10 :).

Our first experience of glamping was fantastic, we would definitely recommend it!

Great fun - well worth a visit! Just the right amount of tents to make it sociable but not too busy. Perfect GLAMPING combination of toilet/shower/electricity which definitely gives it the glamp factor! We will go back.

We had a great time at Western Meadows. Mike and Erika, the Owners, are excellent hosts and have created a friendly and welcoming glamping site with all the facilities you need for luxury camping. The trampoline and play area were a hit with the children and they particularly loved seeing the friendly chickens. The communal fire pit by the riverside is a great place for sunset get togethers. New Mills Farm Park just across the road is a great little find and exceptional value for money and we enjoyed the steam train ride into Launceston for a look around too. Celandine was fully equipped with everything we needed, the log-fired range was brilliant for cooking and heating. The beds were so comfortable and there is also plenty of furniture provided to laze around inside and outside the tent. The en suite shower-room was fantastic - lovely hot water and inside the tent! We have a really lovely break at Western Meadows and would highly recommend a stay there.

We had a great weekend. Fun for all the family.

Lovely spot, well managed, great place to relax.

Fantastic glamping accomodation with just enough home comfort to make a family holiday run smoothly, but with wood burning stoves and sleeping under canvass you still get the camping adventure.
