The cottages are surrounded by gorgeous countryside.
Bring your walking boots and discover the wild expanse of Dartmoor.
Dawlish has a lovely sandy beach.
Shaldon is worth a visit and Teignmouth is just across the bridge.

we booked both cottages one for our son and grandchildren and the Forge for my daughter and ourselves, when we arrived it was very inviting to say the least , wood burner going in both cottages and TV on and very warm cosy, The highlight was a christmas tree set up for us and very decorations around both cottages ,really nice idea to do for us which made the christmas holiday exciting , very enjoyable time in the Cob and the Forge, we had dinners in the forge together which sat 8 people which excellent....

Our group of ten stayed at both the Cobb and the Forge for seven nights. Both were very nice and provided everything we needed. The forge was bright and pleasant with high ceilings and morning sun. The rooms were warm and cozy. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation and were able to explore much of the surrounding area during our stay....

It was only for 3 days that we stayed at the forge but it took all the stress of our daily lives away in only a few moments. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.
