Bring your walking boots and discover the wild expanse of Dartmoor.
Dawlish has a lovely sandy beach.
Shaldon is worth a visit and Teignmouth is just across the bridge.

What a lovely place for a holiday. The Forge was a cosy cottage to come back to. The gardens are beautiful and a lovely place for sitting and enjoying the surroundings. The surrounding fields afford lovely views across the valley. We hope to come back to enjoy this gorgeous part of Devon again. Highly recommended....

This is the second time we have stayed at the Forge in Leigh Farm. It really is a very cosy holiday cottage in a wonderful and peaceful location. It would be hard to find a more relaxing location. The complete farm complex is a real "Gem" and is owned and managed an extremely nice couple....

If you want a superb base to explore South Devon and completely unwind and relax, Leigh Farm is the spot ! It's a lovely, cosy and quiet location with a great local pub (The Palk Arms) just up the hill in Hennock and is close to Dartmoor and the coast with all it's attractions.The description on the website is spot on and it's just a lovely place to stay. The owners have done a great job in developing the the farm so far and we wish them the very best of luck in the future. We have told all our family and friends here in Norway (were we live) about how lucky we were to find such a wonderful holiday cottage and we look forward to booking again with Classic Cottages when we next visit South Devon....
