Bona-Vista is a modern semi-detached house at the edge of Ruan Minor village.
There is plenty of parking space in front of the house.
There is a ramp leading up to the front entrance for ease.
In summer there are colourful pots of flowers either side of the front door.
The family-friendly beach at Kennack Sands is just a few minutes' drive from Bona-Vista.
Looking back at picturesque Cadgwith Cove from the clifftop footpath just beyond the village...

Bona Vista is a lovely large and airy cottage with a secure garden for dogs. Ample parking for two cars. The location is good, just 10 miles from Helston and 20 to Penzance.
