Pat has a superb cottage for visiting

September 2018

Trelyn is a very comfortable, clean and peaceful cottage, attached to the owner’s accommodation. Warm welcome, including generous cream tea, despite our late arrival. We loved the conservatory, and views across the countryside from the first floor lounge/kitchen. Perfect location to explore north and south coasts and central area, e.g. St Agnes, St Mawes, Truro, Falmouth. So relaxing, could have done with another week!

August 2018

Lovely clean cottage with beautiful views.

August 2018

Beautiful little cottage. Spotlessly clean and gorgeous comfy beds. Peaceful location a short drive from the lovely Portreath beach. Excellent value for money compared to a property on the coast. We'd love to return one day xx

June 2018

A great location. Peaceful and quiet property. The interior of the cottage makes it a treat to live upstairs and go downstairs to bed. The layout works better than you might imagine. The property owner lives next door, is very friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. The owners have put a great deal of thought into the rental cottage and deserve to have success with their venture.

Lovely cottage, atmospheric and nice to have the living room upstairs as there is a lovely view of the fields. Very cosy and comfortable.

Classic cottages have been extremely helpful and efficient, this made booking a holiday very easy, thank you. We could not of asked for more from our cottage at Trelyn, everything we needed and much more. The whole family, including the dog felt like we were at home infact, we didn't want to leave!

Excellent cottage, friendly owner, peaceful location.

February 2016

A great little cottage in a quiet location but providing us with good access to the various corners of Cornwall that we wanted to visit. Equally excellent for us as a family and for our dog. Lesley was a more than friendly owner, and there was the added bonus of a beautifully prepared cake on arrival, which was more than we could have bargained for!

October 2015

This is the second time we have stayed here and we hope it won't be the last - it is just a lovely place to stay. It is always nice to be welcomed with home made cakes and also to have everything to make a cup of tea straight away. The chickens are very amusing, especially the tall hairy one!

September 2015

If you want a central location for touring Cornwall, look no further. Within an hour you can be at Lands End with excellent public transport links from Redruth just 10minutes away. Annexe doesn't do this wonderful property justice. It is exceptional with plenty of privacy and a lovely enclosed garden with a conservatory. We wanted to stay longer.

August 2015

Loved the outdoor space. We could use the covered patio areaeven when raining. Great welcome from property owner- very friendly. Loved the decor.

Our host was extremely friendly and helpful, and welcomed us with a plate of delicious scones, very welcome after a long drive, we would definitely stay here again, a real home from home

May 2015

Beautiful cottage, well situated for both Cornish coasts. Roomy and ideal for up to four guests (we easily managed to include a very young child as well and a dog). Very comfortable and stylishly decorated and furnished. Warm welcome by owner and her friendly dogs and chickens. An ideal choice for a holiday in lower Cornwall.

July 2013

Treylyn is a very comfy, cosy cottage, perfect for two but more than enough space for a family. The view from the lounge across the countryside is wonderful and its very relaxing, just the chickens in the owner's beautiful garden for company! The cottage is very close to the centre of the village with shops and pubs so everything you need is within easy reach. Highly recommend for any time of year.

May 2013

I don't think it can be improved.

April 2013

Trelyn is a lovely cottage. The photos are a good representation as it is very well presented and very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Lesley is a very good host. Very dog friendly, Jasper enjoyed the dog biscuits left for him. A very highly recommended cottage.
