This is a beautiful & luxurious barn conversion, a lovely place to spend time in & escape the daily grind. Kim & Gary are lovely people. We love Cornwall & would love to return to the barn!

September 2017

Little Resugga is an absolute delight. Bright, spacious and exceptionally comfortable. It is ideally situated for both the north and south coasts, giving access to many stunning locations, but we always loved to return to the cottage and it's beautiful garden at the end of the day. Kim and Gary are so friendly and helpful, always there if needed but not intrusive. Certainly one to return to.

September 2017

It is like every year: just perfect. Luxury. My third time at this place (two times in "The Snug" and now in "Little Resugga"). I have been often in England for business and holiday and I have stayed in many different accommodations but I have never been so satisfied with everything as here. It is a home from home. Furnished with attention to detail. Equipped with everything you need. Both cottages have good beds and all is very clean and Little Resugga has a private garden. In the meadow behind the house, you can observe deer and even a fox. The owners Kim and Gary are very friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. The location is perfect to explore all of Cornwall. I will be back next year, for sure.

September 2017

Beautiful cottage, very comfortable and very well decorated with all necessary amenities and more. The whole place is very private even though there are 3 dwellings around it, the garden is also really beautiful and lovely to sit out and spot some wildlife (birds, foxes and deer). Very friendly, helpful owners but never intrusive. Brilliant base for exploring Cornwall despite no pub within walking distance, we were so worn out from exploring Cornwall coming home to this lovely place to chill out the evening was enough. A truly lovely find and we will definitely be back.

August 2017

Best holiday cottage we have stayed in. Lovely, friendly owners were very helpful. The cottage was spotless, spacious and very well appointed. Lovely quiet spot with fantastic garden but close to A30.

June 2017

Superb holiday accommodation with very caring owners. The accommodation has been designed for the needs of guests with a lovely peaceful garden and with particularly easy access when off loading the car. Just total luxury. We will be booking this accommodation for next year.

June 2017

Little Resugga is the most beautiful cottage you could ever want to stay in. It is so beautiful, comfortable and inviting and very, very well decorated, keeping within the style and age of the building. The location of Little Resugga is also beautiful and very peaceful yet not too far from all the gorgeous places to visit that this part of Cornwall has to offer. The view from the cottage is of hills, trees and fields and we were lucky enough to have a visit from some deer and a buzzard, so great for wildlife fans. I really cannot begin to tell you how stunning Little Ressuga is! I was quite sad to leave but happy knowing that I had such an amazing holiday with my husband and parents in such a stunning location.

May 2017

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Wonderful location and beautifully furnished. Probably the best property we have stayed at in Cornwall.

May 2017

September 2016

The perfect cottage. Much more than we could have wished for!

August 2016

Fabulous cottage set in an idyllic location. High standard finish throughout. Ideal for people wanting to enjoy the peace and quiet. Private gardens and plenty of parking. A real haven for nature lovers - sightings of deers, hoots from the owls to pheasants in the garden. Friendly hosts living nearby, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

July 2016

Little Resugga is perfect ,a home from home. The finish of the property is superb and stylish, true to the photographs . Kim & Gary have provided everything you could possibly want or need, from kitchen equipment to beautiful linen. The cottage has a private garden which is not overlooked and is so peaceful but in just a short distance you can access the main road, the Eden Project is just minutes away. Kim & Gary were perfect hosts, friendly and approachable when needed but also leave you to get on with your holiday. We would certainly recommend Little Resugga to anyone thinking of visiting this part of Cornwall. Thank you once again from the Jefferson family.

June 2016

Perfect, relaxing and peaceful, a real home from home.

May 2016

Little Resugga was fantastic, spotlessly clean, immaculately furnished and in a beautiful and peaceful setting. We spent long days exploring the coast and surronding areas, which was made even more enjoyable knowing we were returning to such a lovely cottage to relax and enjoy the evenings. Kim and Gary were really lovely and helpful. Thank You Mrs Parkes and Family

Little Resugga was everything I expected it would be and more! The cottage was beautifully presented. Gary and Kim were brilliant, They were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

April 2016

An absolutely beautiful cottage in an idyllic location. The care and attention that has been lavished on the inside of the property was exceptional and the Owners were so welcoming. It was ideal for exploring the local area and we have happy memories of our holiday.

February 2016

The barn was immaculately presented and the underfloor heating was fantastic making for a wonderful stay in February. The location of the property was rural with plenty of wildlife and even deer in neighbouring fields. Although rural the access to the A30 and A39 gave good access to St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole and Charlestown, Truro and Falmouth.

November 2015

It is in a delightful setting with lovely views and peace and quiet. Lovely garden and very tasteful decor and very spacious. The house exceeded our expectations and we were very comfortable there. Fabulous setting, lovely beds and nice hosts. Hope to return one day. The only thing that I could possibly comment on is the kitchen dining chairs. They are lovely to look at but not so comfy to sit on for too long. Everything else was perfect!

October 2015

Brilliant place to stay, excellent accommodation, nothing left to chance. Most friendly and welcoming family. Wonderful location, walks on the doorstep and only a few miles from lots of wonderful places to visit.

October 2015

A home from home property, which created a perfect start to our holiday. Little Resugga is in the ideal location to visit the beauty of Cornwall. A fabulous property for a fabulous holiday!

July 2015

Just back from 2 weeks in this large, comfortable, immaculately decorated home from home. Recommend it to anyone.

June 2015

Little Resugga exceeded our expectations and made for a most wonderful stay. The barn has been finished to a very high standard, full of character, very well equipped with excellent attention to detail, making it feel like a real home away from home. Kim and Gary made us feel most welcome and we look forward to staying there again.

May 2015

A wonderful barn conversation full of character, charm and providing excellent facilities. Delightful garden in peaceful private location, yet a good base for exploring Cornwall.

April 2015

A delightful property with ample space and comfort for 4 and equally as comfortable for 2. A good location, extremely peaceful and great for an 'away from it all break'

April 2015

We cannot recommend Little Resugga highly enough. The owners were friendly and welcoming and the property itself is a barn converted to the highest standards which is in a secluded location with it's own private garden and views across the countryside. Little Resugga is close to the Eden Project and within easy reach of Heligan and the fishing port of Mevagissey, both of which are just a short drive away. We enjoyed a perfect long weekend and look forward to returning to Little Resugga for a longer stay in the near future.

September 2014

A fabulous spacious cottage, in a beautiful peaceful location.

August 2014

Gorgeous converted barn in beautiful countryside made a great base for a holiday.

August 2014

It is very quiet and relaxing. Every day after having superior adventure it felt like coming home to little resugga!

July 2014

Little Resugga is an absolute gem and I can't praise the owners enough for the high standards they have achieved. It is immaculate, slightly quirky, and a joy to return to each evening. The artwork is glorious as are the retro mirrors, the styling is beautiful. The countryside it is set in is amazing and the windows enjoy beautiful views. The location is wonderful for easy access to main roads for exploring the fantastic places that lay within very easy reach of the cottage. An absolute delight.

May 2014

One of the most spacious properties we have ever rented. Very well equiped & a lot of trouble taken to furnish the property so well. Relaxing place to stay.

April 2014

An absolutely amazing cottage.....converted and decorated with great care and attention to detail. Was very cosy and comfortable with good quality beds and furnishings to ensure a really pleasurable and comfortable stay. Under floor heating a definite bonus! Owners were very friendly and there if you needed them but otherwise you wouldn't know they were next door. We have holidayed in many cottages over the years and this is most definitely the best we have ever had the pleasure of staying in.....we are sure to return! Well done Kim and Gary!

April 2014

Lovely cottage, very well equipped and comfortable. Exceptionally clean and well maintained, excellent value for money

December 2013

Warm and comfortable little cottage, the underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom was especially lovely for a winter stay. Loved the size and feel of the kitchen as we cooked most of our meals. Surprisingly short of basic implements such as a blender, but that wasn't really a big deal for us. Interesting little touches throughout the cottage - such as the large white old style wardrobe in the bedroom, and the odd mid-level living room with vaulted ceiling. Overall a great holiday cottage.

October 2013

Little Resugga is a beautiful holiday home, everything you need is here, the cottage is a lot more spacious than the pictures on the website suggest. A very warm and comfortable home to relax in.

May 2013
