Fred's House is idyllic, beautifully presented, well equipped, spotlessly clean yet still having a lovely, homely relaxing feel, wonderful gardens and Summerhouse too. Welcomed on arrival by sunny daffodils in the Dining Room, a delicious home-made cake, tea tray set out and fresh milk in the fridge, what a wonderful surprise and welcome. We were delighted that Sarah came over personally to welcome us, and make sure we had settled in and to let her know if there was anything we needed during our stay. It was a wonderful break, wish it could have been longer. Can thoroughly recommend Fred's House, a real home from home only better!...

Fred’s House is homely and comfortable. The garden is wonderful and safe for kids. Ten minutes walk and you’re on the beach at Talland Bay, right next to a great cafe. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely be back.
