Stayed for a week in September. The house was as we expected and the history quite remarkable. Views across the ha-ha to the meadows, with fine breed cows, gave a feeling that Constable may have passed this way. Swallows & Amazons on the lake and evenings in the Snug with a glass or two. Heaven!!...

Nancealverne house was oozing with charm, it has everything you need and is set in the most beautiful grounds , it has so much history and you felt like royalty staying there. Just beautiful.
