We really enjoyed our short break at The Old Coach House. It was great for a toddler - who was very impressed by the horses in the field next door. The bedrooms are really spacious, and we all slept very well in the quiet and the dark! Ideal location for lots of attractions near-by....

The Old Coach House is a perfect rural retreat for a summer holiday. The cottage is compact, thoughtfully equipped and has everything we needed. The double room is very spacious as is the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is very comfortable with lovely views of the garden. The garden is perfect for children to play or for lounging around - plenty of sunny areas and shade from the trees with lots of space for ball games. Jane and Richard gave us the warmest of welcomes and were most helpful is suggesting places for days out - there's a lot to see in the area. It was lovely to have the horses and hens nearby. It would be hard to fault this cottage and we hope to return some time....

Our stay at The Old Coach House really surpassed our expectations. We received a warm welcome from our hosts. The property was pretty, well-equipped, well-secluded and homely. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we didn't want to go home.
Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed in this cottage, with the few exceptions stated in our Review Guidelines.
