The welcoming hallway leads into a spacious and inviting living area, complete with a wood-burning stove to create a cosy and homely atmosphere. The open plan space flows seamlessly into the dining-area and fully equipped kitchen to provide the perfect setting for entertaining and spending quality time together.
The outdoor space has been thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertaining with a barbeque for al fresco dining. A set of steps leads to a secluded seating area for quiet moments sheltered by plants and palm trees, and for the ultimate relaxation take a soak in the bubbling hot tub beneath the twinkling stars.
When the night draws to an end, head to the first floor where you will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with an en suite shower, and a spacious family bathroom. The top floor has a generous double bedroom with private en suite and far-reaching sea views.
From the house you can take a stroll around Hastings Old Town with its blend of medieval timber-framed buildings, pubs, twittens and array of independent quirky shops. Around the corner you will find the New Town catering for all your high street needs. Hastings has something for everyone, this bustling town is home to some major events including Hastings Pirate Festival, Jack-in-the-Green Festival, Hastings Old Town Carnival and Hastings Seafood, Wine and Music Festival.
Explore William the Conqueror's first English castle or take a ride on the East Hill Lift (Britains steepest funicular) or the West Hill Lift for some of the best views over Old Town and the English Channel.
Pack a picnic and head to the beach for some fun in the Sussex sun or wander along the coastal paths towards Hastings Country Park or take a stroll to the pier. You also have the nearby town of St Leonards - the birthplace of British motor racing.
Spend the day at the medieval town of Rye with is cobbled streets and array of antiques shops or Battle for its beautiful Abbey and Battlefield.
