Langmoor House is a luxury four bedroom property with commanding sea views and just a 30 second walk into Lyme Regis town. This exquisite and dog-friendly home is laid out over three floors and offers beautifully styled interiors, space in abundance and will be perfect for multigeneration gatherings, groups of friends or families looking for a break by the beach. Lyme Regis is often referred to as the 'pearl of Dorset' and this special property makes the most of what the town has to offer.

You can enter the grounds of Langmoor House via the allocated parking (quite a rarity in Lyme Regis) and garage (there are steps up from the garage) or from the road through a wrought iron gate, up a few steps and straight into the landscaped and enclosed gardens which feature multiple terraces, a viewing deck and lawned area. There are also a few steps up as you approach the front door.

On entering the property, the ground floor offers a snug to the right before leading you to the grand open plan living space with its wall of glass (leading to a private patio area), kitchen and sitting-area. This open space is perfect for gathering your group together for socialising, feasting, and cosy evenings in front of the TV and open fire. The sitting-area also has doors out into the front garden making it a wonderful, light and immersive place to while away the hours. Completing the ground floor is a large utility-room and the all-important downstairs cloakroom.

Moving to the first floor you will find three large and perfectly styled bedrooms. The largest of the bedrooms has an exquisite en suite whilst the other two bedrooms are serviced by a stylish shower-room and a separate and very luxurious family bathroom.

You are treated to super-king size beds in all the bedrooms (two being 'zip and link' and can be set up as twins on request) as well as ample storage, natural light and captivating sea views.

On the top floor you will find the gorgeous primary bedroom suite. This stunning room has some of the best sea views, a luxury en suite, plenty of storage and of course, a super-king size bed.

Outside you will find that the landscaped (and enclosed) grounds are cleverly thought through and feature multiple areas to sit or play. To the rear is a patio area (off the kitchen) and to the front you will find a barbecue-area, sun deck with loungers, a manicured lawn and a large seating-area for some al fresco dining on those long summer evenings.

The allocated parking offers a garage for one car with space for another in front. A large public car park is just two minutes away.

No doubt it will be hard to tear yourself away from this very special home, but when you do you will find yourself just a stone's throw from town and a few minutes' walk to the seafront and sandy beach. Lyme Regis has a wonderful selection of restaurants, eateries, shops and attractions - like the Marine Aquarium - to suit everyone's needs. You are also directly connected to the iconic South West Coast Path.

Venturing a little further afield you are in the midst of the Jurassic Coast's main towns and villages as well as on the border of Devon. The vibrant market town of Bridport and the famous fossil hunting at West Bay are just 20 minutes to the east and to the west you can also find yourself in the upmarket seaside town of Sidmouth in less than 30 minutes.
