Property was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful surrounding countryside. Town of Colyton is walkable, taking about half an hour to get to but is uphill on the way back. Loved the tram ride from Colyton to Seaton.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Barn, the accommodation is done to a very high standard,so comfortable and clean with everything you could possibly need, the views are stunning and seeing the cows so close by is lovely, and a brilliant location so many places to visit and plenty of places to eat. The fishing lake is a peaceful place to just to sit on the bench and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The games room was so much fun, for us 4 middle aged people and our 80 year old mum!!! An excellent place to stay, didn’t want to leave, would highly recommend. ...
