We enjoyed our week at this property. It is in a great location for lots of places to visit including the beaches, and only a 10 minute walk from local shops in Braunton. Despite being on the edge of a residential area it was very quiet. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and nice garden....

Can’t recommend this property enough. We’ve stayed in lots of self catering over the years and this was one of the most thoughtfully done. The surfboard storage facilities were much appreciated as was the outdoor shower for rinsing sandy feet, bodies and equipment! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was a perfect house for two families with young kids to spend a week of the summer holidays. Staunton Sands is just 12 minutes away. The house is set outside of town with beautiful views of the countryside. You won’t regret booking! We also found the owner very friendly, responsive and helpful for a couple of small queries we had- thank you. ...
