A couple of steps lead up from the kitchen to the utility-room, the second staircase (to the main bedroom) and the door to the 'engine room' of the farmhouse - the bio mass boiler room. Beyond that room is a locked link door to the owners home.
On those sunny days open up the bi-folds and enjoy the sunshine.
All the rooms are en suite but this bedroom even has its own staircase! This room has dual-aspect windows, with the second window looking over the farmstead.

Just over the border into Dorset, this is the famous Golden Cap, with Lyme Regis in the background.
Budleigh Salterton is another east Devon coastal town. Totally unspoilt and never over crowded.
The east Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coast is spectacular. This is Sidmouth. A lovely Regency seaside town - with a world famous Folk Festival each year. There is plenty of sand at low tide.
Wreath Farm is in a great area of south Somerset, close to the borders of east Devon and Dorset and the spectacular Jurassic Coast. Famous Lyme Regis is just 10 miles away. A wonderful outing for all the family.
Wreath Farmhouse has a calm feeling throughout so you will be sure to be able to relax.

Wreath Farmhouse is a very spacious property, furnished to very high standards leaving nothing wanting. The location is so peaceful, no noise apart from the birds singing. A true oasis away from the hustle and bustle of normal life.

Our family of eleven rented Wreath Farmhouse and the Apple Press so that we could share Easter week together. We were met by the owner with flowers and local biscuits. The Farmhouse was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The bedrooms were comfortable and all ensuite. Downstairs was very spacious and easily accommodated eleven people so that we were able to eat together at one table. Having the snug as well as the large lounge, meant that there was plenty of room for teenagers, their parents and grandparents. We rent a house in a different region every Easter. I can honestly say that Wreath Farmhouse was one of the best. I would highly recommend it....

The property was one of the nicest we have stayed in and is set in a lovely rural, quiet location but not too far from all the interesting places to visit. Finished to a high standard, lots of room for everyone and immaculately clean. Beds so comfy! Good communication from the owners. We enjoyed real quality time with our family. Highly recommended....

Wreath Farmhouse is a lovely home for an extended family, lots of space and very roomy. The house is well equipped and a lot of thought has gone into insuring it is suitable for all ages. We were a mixed party of three generations and we all had a chilled time. The children and dog especially loved the outdoor space. The farmhouse is situated in a quiet, rural area perfect for exploring Somerset, Dorset and Devon. We would love to stay there again!...
