We were looking for a city break but with easy access to local country walks. Sawmill Cottage did not disappoint! It was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Tunbridge Wells is a vibrate place and the north Kent/Sussex countryside is so beautiful. We particularly enjoyed Eridge Rocks and the spring Tulip Festival at Pashley Manor. ...

The location, so nice to cross the road into the Pantiles, but also to walk out onto the Common. Being able to park outside was so helpful. The garden is a bonus, with the birds and squirrels.

Extremely well appointed cottage, it is lovely to stay somewhere where the needs of guests have been considered. For example, cupboard space in the kitchen for your own groceries, plenty of hooks for coats, and towels, even dog bowls, treats and a dog towel. This property has been equipped and decorated to a very high standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
