A really lovely cottage. Great location as long as you dont mind being a drive away from shops etc - if you are looking for peace and quiet it's perfect. Really clean, cosy, well-equipped, even dog bowls were out for us when we arrived. Excellent list of recommended pubs and other useful information in a folder. We loved it and would definitely book again....

This property was cleaned to a very high standard. The furnishings, decoration & equipmentwas also superb, you wanted for nothing. The housekeeper Liz was so helpful in many ways, over and above what you would have expected. This property was absolutely charming, it was comfortable, well equipped & just so peaceful. A very well equipped barn conversion, in a lovely off the beaten track setting. One of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in. The high speed internet is 4G service, which works very well for such an out of the way location. There is a monthly usage cap, so if you are use to watching Netflix etc then I'd suggest bringing a few DVD's to keep yourself entertained. ...

The property exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodbine Barn. We met the owner towards the end of our week who was extremely pleasant and thoughtful. On arrival, we were surprised but very appreciative that some provisions and flowers had been left for us - a very considerate gesture which made us feel very welcome. As well as the barn, we particularly liked the privacy of the garden and use of the private paddock (our two small dogs enjoyed running around in the paddock each morning) and the wonderful view of the surrounding Devon countryside was breathtaking. We were extremely appreciative of the parking area which could not have been closer to the barn. ...
